Chief of Staff - (Female)
Job Summary
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a proactive and highly organised Chief of Staff to support the Director of Hospitality in delivering key operational and strategic priorities across the company’s hospitality portfolio.
The role will play a central part in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting operational performance, and ensuring effective communication between leadership and hospitality teams. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the Director of Hospitality, helping to streamline decision-making, monitor business performance, and drive the execution of high-impact initiatives across restaurants and hospitality concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Support
Support the Director of Hospitality in executing operational strategies and business priorities across the hospitality portfolio.
Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic plans, departmental objectives, and operational goals.
Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making.
Project & Initiative Management
Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects across hospitality operations.
Lead special initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service standards, and guest experience.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key operational KPIs and support performance tracking across venues.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Cross-Department Coordination
Facilitate communication between hospitality leadership, operations teams, and support departments such as finance, marketing, and HR.
Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives and organisational priorities.
Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–8 years’ experience in hospitality operations, strategy, consulting, or project management.
Experience within restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
