Onboarding Specialist (Temporary – 3 Months)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onboarding Specialist with a background in recruitment to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling high-volume hiring within the hospitality sector and be confident managing visa processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from offer stage through to employee start date
Prepare and process offer letters and employment contracts accurately and efficiently
Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, medical requirements, and Emirates ID applications
Liaise closely with the PRO department and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance
Manage security clearance processes where applicable
Support high-volume hiring campaigns, particularly within hospitality operations
Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and employee records
Partner closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee
Provide clear communication and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding journey
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in onboarding or HR operations
Prior recruitment experience preferred
Experience managing high-volume hiring within hospitality is highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of visa and labour processing procedures
Experience coordinating with PRO departments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technology literate and comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
