Site Supervisor - Arabic Speaking
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor oversees daily property operations, ensuring operational efficiency, cleanliness, maintenance, asset control, and compliance with client requirements. The role supervises third-party service providers (TPSPs), monitors service standards, and ensures adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and HSE policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Site Management
Conduct daily site inspections and complete required checklists and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Coordinate client event requirements and operational requests.
Prepare snagging lists for pre/post events and pre-opening activities.
Ensure smooth shift handovers during rotational duty schedules.
Respond promptly to client requests and operational issues.
2. Third-Party Service Provider (TPSP) Coordination
Monitor and enforce Scope of Work (SOW) compliance for all TPSPs.
Supervise TPSP staff attendance, deployment, and performance.
Evaluate service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
Coordinate and inspect TPSPs under:
Food & Beverage (F&B)
Housekeeping & Laundry
Security
Transport & Stores
Soft FM / Landscaping
Hard FM (Civil, MEP, IT)
3. Maintenance & Asset Control
Report and track repair and maintenance activities.
Monitor preventive maintenance and waste management schedules.
Maintain asset inventory records, storage logs, and movement tracking.
Report discrepancies in assets and equipment.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Security, HSE, and company standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Provide operational updates to management as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management
Experience:
Hospitality, leisure, tourism, or property/facilities operations
Knowledge Areas:
Housekeeping operations, food service standards, EFST/ADAFSA compliance, maintenance coordination, vendor management, HSE standards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Completion of daily inspections and reports
Maintenance reporting and follow-up effectiveness
TPSP staffing and deployment accuracy
Preventive maintenance and cleaning compliance
HSE and security compliance
