Multi Technician
Job Summary
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations across our hospitality properties in Abu Dhabi. The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems to ensure guest comfort, safety, and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
Attend guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the planned maintenance schedule
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, fixtures, and fittings
Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks and work orders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
Coordinate with supervisors and external contractors when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition
Support pre-opening, renovations, and emergency maintenance tasks
Follow company SOPs and brand standards at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Multi Technician in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality
Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field (preferred)
Basic understanding of BMS systems is an advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tasks independently
