F&B Supervisor
Job Purpose
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily F&B operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and supporting the management team in staff supervision, training, and operational efficiency across assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage service operations in assigned outlet(s)
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
Support the F&B Manager in scheduling, staff allocation, and shift management
Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff during operations
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Monitor service flow, table turnover, and guest satisfaction
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Monitor inventory levels, breakages, and operating supplies
Ensure POS accuracy, correct billing, and cash handling procedures
Support opening/closing duties and end-of-shift reporting
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in food & beverage operations
Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality group environment
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Knowledge of service standards, POS systems, and basic inventory control
Familiarity with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP guidelines
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
UAE experience is preferred
