Front Office Supervisor
Job Overview
Salayel Hospitality is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to support daily front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the front office team, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle guest concerns efficiently, and uphold brand service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and concierge activities
Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of team members
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and UAE regulations
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
Monitor room status, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements
Prepare shift reports, handover notes, and operational updates
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit support when required
Maintain a high standard of grooming, professionalism, and service etiquette within the team
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services within a hotel or hospitality environment
Prior experience in a supervisor or Team Leader role preferred
Strong knowledge of front office operations and PMS systems (Opera or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and customer service practices
