Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support daily housekeeping operations while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on team supervision, quality control, and operational efficiency in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily housekeeping operations and service delivery
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and public areas
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
Conduct inspections to ensure quality and presentation standards
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure proper use of supplies
Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry
Previous supervisory experience preferred
